Our Services

We offer a range of digital services, including but not limited to web development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital marketing, Social Media Management (SMM), content writing, and photo/video editing.

Each project will begin with a specific proposal or Statement of Work outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. That proposal, once agreed upon, becomes part of this agreement. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be considered an “extra” and will require a separate agreement and fee.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects run smoothly and successfully, we need your help. As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials in a timely manner (e.g., text, images, access to accounts).
  • Give clear feedback and approvals on time.
  • Be available for communication during the project timeline.

Delays from your end may result in project timelines being extended.

Payments and Fees

  • Quotes: All quotes we provide are valid for 30 days.
  • Invoices: We will invoice you according to the terms set in the project proposal. Payment is typically required in advance or in stages (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion).
  • Late Payments: Payments not made within 15 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to pause all work until payment is received.

Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You guarantee that all materials you provide (text, images, logos) are either owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them.
  • Our Work: Once you have paid us in full for a project, you own the final deliverables we created specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business. Any confidential information you share with us, such as business strategies, login credentials, or customer data, will be protected and used only for the purpose of providing our services. Likewise, you agree to keep any of our proprietary information confidential.

Limitation of Liability

We are committed to delivering high-quality work. However, Rankernet will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our agreement is limited to the total amount of fees you paid us for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either you or we can terminate our service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If you terminate the agreement before the project is complete, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
